What's included in the permit fee?
All our packages include the required NYC Parks event permit for your ceremony. We handle the entire permit application process, so you don't have to worry about paperwork.
How many guests can attend?
Our base packages accommodate up to 20 guests. Additional guests can be added for a small fee to cover permit requirements and coordination needs.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor weather conditions closely and have backup covered locations within Central Park. We can also help reschedule your ceremony if needed, subject to availability.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for peak season (May-October) and 2-3 months for off-peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings.
